Here is what happens to the information you share when you take part in the Atelier.
Who manages it
I am Eugénie Morant Vermeersch, the author of Mi Atelier Virtual. You can contact me through my LinkedIn profile or by email using the “Write to me by email” button in the Virtual café, including with any questions about your data.
The short survey
It collects your answers about how you perceive this Atelier. It does not ask for your name or email. I use the answers to understand what comes across and improve the website. Taking part is voluntary. Please avoid including personal information in open answers.
The services I use
SurveyMars hosts the survey and its answers. These services process the data they need to operate and may record technical information such as your IP address, browser or submission date. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data to provide and protect the service. Each provider explains its processing and any international transfers in its privacy policy.
How long I keep survey answers
I will keep survey answers while they are useful for reviewing and improving the Atelier. Afterwards, I will delete them or keep only conclusions without information that could identify a person.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data, where applicable. Write to me on LinkedIn or use the “Write to me by email” button in the Virtual café to make a request. If an answer does not identify you, it may be impossible to locate it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Website operation and videos
Cloudflare also provides technical measurement of website performance. External videos connect to YouTube or Vimeo only when you activate their player. Those providers receive technical connection data and apply their own policies. The language you choose is stored in your browser during your visit to remember your preference. It is not used for advertising.
